Rental Information
- Rental rates are $29.99 for 3 hours and $79.99 for the whole day plus applicable taxes
- Helmet rentals are $15 and include a lock, you can bring your own bike helmet if you prefer
- When booking we may ask you for your height so we can size you appropriately
- We will need a credit card on file to reserve the bikes which will be fully refunded upon return of the bike
- If your plans change prior to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival we will be provide a 100% REFUND of any amount paid
- However, NO-SHOWS OR NON-CANCELLED RENTALS will be charged for the reservation in full, no exceptions Reservations will be held for a courtesy 30-minute period, after which, they will be deemed a “no show”
- Mid-ride, you can certainly extend from an “up to 3HOUR” ride to a “FULL DAY” ride if you connect with us. If you do not reach out and are more than 30 minutes late, you will be deemed a or a “late return”. The LATE RETURN FEE is $25/hour (including the first 30-mintues and rounded to the next hour)
